Wouter is a senior consultant and leadership coach who specializes in organizational development, leadership and strategic change management. He is passionate about helping organizations, teams and individuals develop and get to results.
In his early career, Wouter worked as a principal consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Afterwards, he gained hands-on leadership experience in senior management roles, amongst others as a member of the Executive Committee and HR director at Ordina, a publicly listed ICT services provider.
Currently Wouter alternates his work at comove with short term assignments as an interim HR director through his other company, strategy2impact.com.
Wouter holds an Executive MA degree in Clinical Organizational Psychology from INSEAD (EMC), an MSc degree in Physics from the University of Utrecht and he has completed his education as a professional coach at School voor Coaching.
Together with Gitta, they are proud parents of three children. In his spare time, Wouter writes and produces his own music, in collaboration with various artists.
